The newly announced voice is Yuki Sakakihara, who plays Lize. Luna saves Lize after he is stabbed with a cursed knife, but the blade leaves him transformed into a young boy with no memories.

The series is set to premiere in January on TBS and other channels, with Haruka Shiraishi starring as the protagonist Luna.
Behind the scenes, Yōsuke Kubo, who worked on Dahlia in Bloom, is directing, while Yūko Kakihara of Blue Box and Buddy Daddies handles the series scripts. Miki Matsumoto, known for Angels of Death and Summer Time Rendering, is designing the characters, and Typhoon Graphics teams up with Qzil.la on animation production.
As for the source, Higuchi launched the manga on Hakusensha’s Manga Park app in October 2019, and the sixth collected volume arrived in December 2024. Longtime fans may know her best for Gakuen Alice, which she wrapped in The Hana to Yume back in 2013 and which inspired a 26 episode anime that ran across 2004 and 2005.
My take: A cursed knife that turns someone into a memory wiped child is a wonderfully strange hook, and I am glad to see Higuchi back with something this playful after Gakuen Alice.
