Mashle Season 3 Premieres in January 2027
The muscle wizard returns. MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES Season 3 was announced for January 2027 during Anime Expo 2026, with the first teaser trailer shown at the Aniplex industry panel.
Mash lifts again
Mashle remains one of the funniest ideas in modern shonen: a boy with zero magic in a world that executes the magicless, solving every problem with absurd physical training. The anime turned that one joke into two seasons of consistently sharp comedy, and the second season’s opening became a global meme that pulled in viewers who had never read a chapter.
Season 3 continues the Divine Visionary arc material, where the series balances its gag engine with genuinely solid tournament fighting. A January 2027 date slots it into the winter season, which has become prime real estate for returning comedies.
The manga wrapped in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2023, so Season 3 continues adapting a completed story with a known destination. That tends to produce confident adaptations, since the team knows exactly which jokes and fights matter most in hindsight. Combined with the franchise’s proven ability to mint viral moments, January cannot really miss.
The date and teaser were reported by Anime Corner.
My take: Mashle knows exactly how long to hold a joke, which is rarer than it sounds. January is a good home for it. Bring on the cream puffs.
