Maki Enjoji’s Zenbu Hatsukoi no Sei da Manga Ends
The November issue of Shogakukan’s Petit Comic published the final chapter of Maki Enjōji’s romance manga Zenbu Hatsukoi no Sei da on Wednesday. Happily for fans, the magazine also teased that a brand new series from Enjōji will begin in its April 2026 issue.
The series followed Urara, a woman in her thirties who would happily skip the usual romantic dance and head straight to marriage. Her plans take an unexpected turn when she receives a proposal from a college student, drawing her into a relationship with someone younger.
Enjōji launched the series in Petit Comic in March 2024, and the magazine had announced earlier this year that it was nearing its end. The fourth and final collected volume is due on November 10.
Enjōji is a well established romance creator with a long list of titles to her name. She is perhaps best known internationally for An Incurable Case of Love and Happy Marriage!?, both published in English by Viz Media and both adapted into live action dramas.
With one story wrapping up and another already on the horizon, her fans will not have to wait long for more.
My take: A no nonsense heroine swept up by a younger suitor is a fun twist on the usual romance setup. It is lovely that Enjōji already has a new series lined up, since her warm, grown up romances are always a treat.
