One Piece Egghead Arc English Dub Continues in November

Toei Animation’s One Piece panel at New York Comic Con on Friday brought good news for dub fans. Episodes 1,134 through 1,143 of the anime’s Egghead arc will stream with English dubs in November on Crunchyroll.

The panel also treated attendees to a sneak peek of episode 1,146, offering a look ahead even before its Japanese release.

The Egghead arc’s English dub first launched in the summer of 2024 before settling into a regular streaming home on Crunchyroll, following the arc’s Japanese debut in the anime in January 2024.

The arc itself has had an eventful run. Last year the franchise paused it to recharge, and it returned with a second part in April, picking up the story alongside a recap to ease viewers back in.

With these new dubbed episodes on the way, English speaking fans can keep pace with one of the most anticipated stretches of the long running series.

My take: The Egghead arc has been a fan favorite, so steady dub releases are exactly what English viewers want. Getting a sneak peek of a future episode at the panel is a fun treat on top.
