Muse Asia Brings One Punch Man Season 3 and More to India

Muse Asia announced on Wednesday that it is streaming a fresh batch of anime on its YouTube channel in India, headlined by the third season of One Punch Man and the fantasy series Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon, among others.

One Punch Man Season 3 opened with a recap on October 5 in Japan, with the first proper episode following on October 12. In India, viewers can also find the season on Netflix.

For the new season, J.C. Staff returns from the second season, while the original first season was animated by Madhouse. Shinpei Nagai directs, with Tomohiro Suzuki back on series composition and Chikashi Kubota returning as character designer.

The music carries some real energy too, as JAM Project teams up with the metal group BABYMETAL for the opening theme, while Makoto Furukawa performs the ending song.

Muse Asia’s lineup also reflects a busy season overall, arriving around the same time as the return of cozy favorites like Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill.

My take: Wider, official streaming in regions like India is exactly what the medium needs, and seeing big titles land there legally is great news. The JAM Project and BABYMETAL team up for the theme song is a fun bonus too.
