‘Majutsushi Kunon wa Mieteiru’ Reveals Additional Cast, Main Staff, Teaser Promo for Winter 2026

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Umikaze Minamino’s Majutsushi Kunon wa Mieteiru (Kunon the Sorcerer Can See) light novel revealed the main staff, cast, and a teaser promotional video on Friday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2026 on Tokyo MX, BS Asahi, and WOWOW.

Voice actress Akari Kitou (Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu) is joining the cast as Mirika Hyguria.

Minamino began penning the action fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2021. Kadokawa began publishing the series under its Kadokawa Books imprint in March 2022, featuring illustrations by Laruha. Kadokawa released the seventh volume on March 10.

La-na began serializing a manga adaptation in Monthly Comic Alive in April 2022. The sixth volume shipped on May 22, with the seventh volume planned for a December 23 release.

Yen Press licensed the light novel and manga in English. The fifth light novel volume is scheduled to be released in January 2026, and the second manga volume will go on sale in March 2026.
