Netflix has grabbed the rights to release this bad boy, they are the sole owners for streaming the Steel Ball Run. Warner Bros announced that it will release in 2026, but the months or day is yet to be revealed.
Hideya Takahashi and Yasuhiro Kimura are in the team of Direction for the Steel Ball Run. The production house will be the same David Production that breathed life into the JoJo franchise. It’s going to take a whole new level of animators to bring such a lengthy manga to life.
The JoJo fandom is going crazy on social media platforms since the announcement on Sep 23, 2025. Some of them feel it has a different vibe than the usual JoJo anime.
