Professional Wrestler Kenny Omega Gets Revenge on Final Fantasy Composer Nobuo Uematsu – Interest
Only took 1 year for Omega to put Uematsu into a cobra twist
Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu posted images of his “rematch” with All Elite Wrestling star and executive vice president Kenny Omega (Tyson Smith) on X (formerly Twitter) last Saturday. The composer states, “A revenge match with Kenny Omega after a year! The cobra twist really hurts when you lock it in for real…” Uematsu shared two images of Omega locking in the wrestling maneuver on him.
Omega also posted about their meeting, saying “A one year grudge match in the making. The One Winged Angel vs. the creator.” The “rematch” between Uematsu and Omega comes nearly one year after Uematsu put the cobra twist on Omega at the Tokyo Game Show 2024.
The two men had a chance meeting at the event, with Uematsu posting, “Who’s the man who made Kenny Omega tap with a cobra twist? It’s me! It was me all along!”
