One Piece Anime Casts Kenjiro Tsuda as Shamrock
The official X (formerly Twitter) account for Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece staff confirmed that prolific actor Kenjiro Tsuda will be voicing Shamrock in the upcoming anime adaptation of the manga’s Elbaph Arc. Shamrock is the Figarland family leader and twin brother of pirate Shanks in the One Piece world. A new trailer was released to preview the anime’s Elbaph arc, Shamrock’s backstory, and Kenjiro Tsuda’s performance as well.
The One Piece Elbaph arc anime premieres in April 2026 with a new two-cour structure featuring a maximum of 26 episodes. This change to the seasonal model aims to bring improvements in story pacing and animation quality. Once the Egghead arc concludes this year, One Piece will go on a three-month hiatus from January to March 2026.
One Piece Egghead Arc episodes 1134 through 1143 will receive an English dub this November on Crunchyroll. The English dub for One Piece Egghead Arc episodes 1134 – 1143 will be available in United States, Canada, LATAM, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.
